Troy, MI (February 12, 2013) – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International today announced that they have successfully facilitated the sale of the Royal Ridge Office Center located at 2265 Livernois Road in Troy, Michigan. The 33,000 square foot office complex was acquired from Fifth Third Bank by Mr. Kamal Shouhayib of The Choice Group who has plans to renovate the property and occupy available space in the building. Gary P. Grochowski and Mason L. Capitani led the brokerage team at L. Mason Capitani who worked to complete the sale. The actual sale price has not been released for publication. L. Mason Capitani will be retained as the leasing agents for the property moving forward.
