Troy, MI (January 26, 2015) – Troy, Michigan based L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that 2015 marks the firm’s 50th year serving the commercial real estate industry. L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is the oldest Michigan‐based family owned real estate firm specializing in the sales, leasing and management of industrial, office, medical and retail properties.

Founded by Mr. L. Mason Capitani in 1965, the original one‐man operation has evolved under the direction of his son,
Mason E. Capitani, into what is now a full-service brokerage and property management firm. The company’s geographic reach extends well beyond Michigan’s borders, on a national and even global basis, through its partnership with CORFAC International.

The family’s third generation is well-established in the industry with Jason Capitani directing the firm’s Industrial Properties Division and Mason L. Capitani directing the firm’s Office Properties Division.
