Troy, Michigan. (January 5, 2011) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of 14,400 square feet located at 6450 Sims in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Established in 1980, Dynamic Lawn & Landscaping continues to grow and expand their operations. They plan to move their headquarters from Shelby Township to the Sterling Heights site. Chris Steele and Jason Capitani represented the seller, J&L Land Company, in this transaction.
