Mason Capitani Corfac International is pleased to announce that Magna Powertrain of America has entered into a long term lease agreement for a 51,000 square foot industrial building located at 6451 Fifteen Mile Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan. “This transaction signifies another example of a market that has stabilized and is rebounding,” commented Jason Capitani of L. Mason Capitani, Inc. who represented the landlord. Terms of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
