Troy, MI – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Rex Performance Products has leased 140,000 square feet of industrial space at 2100 Dove Street in Port Huron, Michigan. Currently headquartered in the neighboring city of Marysville, the Dove Street plant will satisfy their rapid growth and expansion plans. Rex Performance Products is a premier manufacturer of polyethylene foam throughout North America. Jason Capitani, CCIM, SIOR, and Joe DePonio represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
