Troy, MI (October 5, 2016) – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Alro Steel has entered into a lease at the industrial facility located at 33603 Dequindre Road in Troy, MI. The new Troy location is being added to complement Alro’s numerous existing outlets across the state of Michigan as a response to a growing number of customers in the Troy area.

Alro Steel has been a distributor of metals, industrial supplies, and plastics since 1948. L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International Broker Garry Rogers represented the landlord in this transaction.
