Troy, MI – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Aristo Industries has purchased a 110,266 square foot building located at 24951 Joy Boulevard, in Harrison Township, Michigan. The recent acquisition brings Aristo's portfolio up to five facilities totaling 200,000 square feet with over 150 employees. Aristo Industries offers design and prototype services, complete welded rack and cart fabrication, full-service returnable foam, plastic and plastic corrugated returnable packaging, Quantumshield Polyurea coatings and a complete line of tube and joint solutions. The sale price for the transaction was not disclosed. Jason Capitani, CCIM, SIOR, and Joe DePonio of L. Mason Capitani represented Aristo Industries in the transaction.
