Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Maple Mold Technologies has purchased a 37,920 square foot building located at 2170 Walton Blvd in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Garry Rogers and Jason Capitani represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. Although the final sale price was not disclosed, the asking price for the property was $975,000.00.
Maple Mold specializes in production molds, checking fixtures, small mold parts, and prototypes. The facility will complement its operations at its neighboring site in Auburn Hills as well as Rochester Hills, Michigan.
