The purchase price has not been disclosed to the public, but the listing sale price of this property was $995,000.00. UPFC has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry through fabricating wood panels and truss systems. They will utilize this newly purchased facility in an effort to address the expansion of its operations due to the recent increase in residential construction. UPFC provides a single point of sale for residential and commercial builders looking for trusses, wood panels, floor systems, and complete lumber packages.
