Troy, MI – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Experienced Concepts, Inc. recently closed on the sale of a 16,968 square foot building located in Armada, Michigan at 15400 Chets Way. Experienced Concepts runs a full engineering, manufacturing, and assembly facility. Locally owned for over thirty years, they specialize in fabricating, fixtures, tooling, automation and machinery rebuilds. Their new facility will better help serve their growing client base. Joe DePonio represented both the parties in this transaction.
