Troy, MI – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Eclipse Mold Incorporated has signed a long-term lease for an 86,772 square foot building in Chesterfield, Michigan. Located at 50300-50320 Patricia Street, this location will expand their operations and help satisfy their Tier One automotive customers’ needs. Eclipse Mold has an established headquarters in Clinton Township and has been a family owned business for nearly forty years. Eclipse’s plastic injection molding and program management sells, services, and manufactures its products in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Joe DePonio and Jason Capitani represented the landlord in this transaction.
