Troy, MI – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that CoreSource, a third-party administrator of employee benefits programs, just signed a seven-year lease at the Liberty Professional Center 35601 Mound Road, Sterling Heights. This 24,700 square foot building is part of the Liberty Professional Center.

Trustmark, the 100 year old parent company, owns a conglomerate of national insurance company’s and has assets over $2 billion dollars. CoreSource has 11 offices nationally with yearly revenue of $125 million. Al Iafrate, SIOR, of L. Mason Capitani, Inc. represented the landlord.
