Troy, MI – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Sunbelt Rentals has entered into a long-term lease agreement for a 36,095 square foot industrial facility located at 36000 Mound Road, in Sterling Heights Michigan.

Backed by a national network of more than 525 locations, Sunbelt successfully services a variety of customers in the commercial, residential, industrial, municipal, and specialized service industries. Sunbelt’s extensive fleet exceeds $4.0 billion and includes general construction equipment, industrial tools, pumps, and power generation equipment, trench shoring, scaffolding, remediation & restoration equipment. Jason Capitani and Garry Rogers represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
