Troy, MI – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce that The Paslin Company has completed construction and closed on the sale of a new 170,000 square foot building in Shelby Township, Michigan. Located at 52550 Shelby Parkway, this new state of the art facility includes nearly 40,000 square feet of office and engineering space over three stories. The manufacturing area consists of two 95-foot bays outfitted with several overhead cranes. Mode Development was the general contractor. Founded in 1937, Paslin is a full service design and build organization, focused on robotic automation in the automotive market. Jason Capitani represented Paslin in this sale transaction. Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio represented Mode Development.
