Mason Capitani Corfac International is pleased to announce the lease of 13,560 square feet at 21703 Mound Road in Warren, Michigan. Minnesota-based Temp-Air, Inc. will expand their local operations to this site. Since 1965, Temp-Air has been a leading provider of temporary heating, cooling, dehumidifying and air filtration services. Michael Grammatico of L. Mason Capitani, Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction while Jason Capitani represented the California-based Landlord, Dunn & Mavis, Inc.
