Troy, MI  – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the completion of several office lease transactions in Troy, Michigan. The transactions include the lease of 4,332 square feet to Padgett Business Services at 1120 E. Long Lake Road and the lease of 6,576 to Liberty Union Life Assurance Company at 560 Kirts Boulevard. Mason L. Capitani represented the landlord in these transactions. He also recently represented Car.com in their 5,449 square foot lease renewal at 888 W. Big Beaver Road.
