Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Innovative Design Solutions (IDS) has leased a 33,750 square foot building located at 6801 Fifteen Mile Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Currently headquartered in the neighboring city of Troy, they will make the move early second quarter. IDS is an experienced designer, developer and manufacturer of electronic systems encompassing a wide variety of automotive, consumer, and industrial applications. The new Sterling Heights facility will accommodate their expansion needs. Jason Capitani represented the landlord in the transaction.
