New York, NY; November 29, 2010 – Lansco Corporation/CORFAC International today announced that Susan Lawrence, a moderately priced women’s apparel company,  has renewed its lease for the entire 22^nd floor of 16,966 square feet at 525 Seventh Avenue, a 23-story building in the Garment District.Susan Lawrence, which is a brand and subsidiary of New York-based Frazier Clothing Company, distributes its apparel in the U.S. and internationally. The company completed a long-term lease and is planning to completely renovate the space, according to Lansco Executive Managing Director Steven Kaplan, who represented tenant.The building owner, 525 Delaware LLC, was represented by Steven Marvin of Olmstead Properties and Brian Neugeboren of Savitt Partners LLC. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.With this transaction, Mr. Kaplan continues to close large Garment District deals.
