Troy, MI (February 12, 2013) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International today announced the sale of former Vigilante Security Building at 27215 Southfield Road in Lathrup Village, Michigan. The free standing building housed Vigilante Security for 18 years until the company’s growth required that they relocate to a larger facility in Troy, Michigan. The property was purchased by Residential Staffing Agency who will renovate and occupy the building as their headquarters. Kelli Kalvinski and Gary Grochowski of L. Mason Capitani represented the purchaser in the transaction and Mason L. Capitani represented the seller. The final sale price was not released.
