Valley Truck Parts Inc. has leased 12,800 sf of warehouse space in Trinity West Business Park Building 2, 2450 114th St., Grand Prairie, TX, from William J. Owen Trust and OMO Investment Co. Jim Ferris, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Michael W. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord.
