Dallas, TX (November 19, 2012) – Mountain Movers Transportation & Logistics has signed a 15,500-sf renewal and expansion, adding 6,300 sf, of warehouse space in DFW Port America Logistics Center 6, 753 Port America Place, Grapevine, TX, from ProLogis. RLG Consulting Engineers Inc. has renewed and expanded to 15,173 sf of office space at La Sierra Office Building, 5445 La Sierra Dr., Dallas. Dave Besserer, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Curt Linn represented the tenant in direct talks with the owner, Fred Pakravan.
