Metroplex Distribution Corp. has leased 10,051 sf of warehouse space at 1412 Antioch Pike, Antioch, Tenn., from Fairfax Business Center. Joe Santaularia, broker associate for Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and Clancy Hoban of Chas. Hawkins Co./CORFAC International, Inc. represented the tenant.

Cogent Group LLC has renewed 6,065 sf of office space in Danari Office Park Building I, 15150 Preston Rd., Dallas. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes, senior vice presidents for Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, ARI Preston LLC, in the direct deal.
