Advanced Graphic Technologies Inc. has sold 9.42 acres at 1319 Minters Chapel Rd., Grapevine, TX, in the DFW Airport submarket to DDK West Ltd. Joe Santaularia, broker associate of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and former colleague Todd Lambeth represented the seller.
     
LEASES
Metagenics Inc. has renewed 9,445 sf of warehouse space in Venture Business Court, 2707 Realty Rd., Carrollton, TX. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, Acquiport DFWIP Inc.

Milestone Construction Inc. has renewed 5,096 sf of light industrial space at 1406 Halsey Way, Carrollton, TX. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, Acquiport DFWIP Inc., in the direct deal.

RJK Vending has leased 4,388 sf of industrial flex space in Trinity West Business Park Building 1, 2550 114th St., Grand Prairie, TX, from William J. Owen Trust & OMO Investments. Jim Ferris, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Michael W. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord. Art Rolader of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant.
