Dallas, TX (December 10, 2012) - Karndean International LLC has leased 54,000 sf of industrial space in Valley View Business Center, 5375 FAA Blvd., Irving, TX, from Realty Associates Fund VII LP. Joe Santaularia, broker associate of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Michael W. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the tenant. Dan Lawson of Proterra Properties Inc. represented the landlord.

All Points Pioneer has leased 25,600 sf of warehouse space in Trinity West Business Park Building 2, 2450 114th St., Grand Prairie, TX, from William J. Owen Trust & OMO Investments Co. Michael W. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jim Ferris, vice president, represented the landlord.
