Dallas, TX (December 18, 2012) - A.J. Bart Inc. has leased 39,478 sf of warehouse space in Marsh Business Park West, 1215 Marsh Lane, Carrollton, TX, from SeaCal Addison LLC. Johnson Supply & Equipment Corp. has leased 15,003 sf of industrial flex space in Twin Creeks Business Center Building 200, 1307 N. Watters Rd., Allen, TX, from Twin Creeks Warehouse Venture. Stealth Monitoring Inc. has leased 14,622 sf of industrial flex space in Marsh Business Park East, 15182 Marsh Lane, Addison, TX, from SeaCal Addison LLC.
