Troy, Michigan (September 4, 2012) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of an industrial facility located at 44404 Phoenix Drive in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The purchaser, Liberty Tool, Inc., is expanding from 15,000 square feet to 30,491 square feet. Liberty Tool, Inc. designs, builds and certifies check fixtures for all types of industries, including primarily the aerospace industries. Joe DePonio and Garry Rogers represented both the purchaser and seller in the transaction.
