Troy, MI (July 15, 2013) - L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Boehle Chemicals has leased an industrial building located at 2850 Commerce in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Currently headquartered in Clinton Township, Boehle has previously utilized public warehousing for its storage needs. This business strategy will change as it moves its executive and administrative staff into a 19,000 square foot industrial facility.

Boehle Chemicals has been servicing the Midwest chemical industry since 1964. They are a major specialty chemical distributor of additives, pigments, resins and surfactants for the adhesives, industrial cleaner, lubricant, paint, pharmaceutical and plastic markets. Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio represented them in the transaction.
