Logistics Company Principals Pay Over $5 Million For South Bay (L.A.) Facility, Klabin/Corfac Reports

RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CA – The Klabin Company/CORFAC International reports that principals of F.C.C. Logistics have paid over $5.28 million for a 71,360 square foot industrial building in Rancho Dominguez, CA for relocation and area expansion.Todd Taugner, SIOR, a partner in the Torrance office of The Klabin Company/CORFAC, reports that C&W Investment Group, LLC acquired a building located on nearly four acres at 18747 Laurel Park Rd.  Taugner, David Prior, SIOR, and Frank Schulz, SIOR, also of Klabin/CORFAC’s Torrance office, represented T. A. Associates, the seller.The tenant is expected to occupy its new facility during March.    F.C.C.
