Manekin, LLC/CORFAC Int'l has begun construction of its fourth mid-rise building at
Water’s Edge Corporate Campus:a $75 million mixed-use project it is developing with
Alex BrownRealty, Inc.at the intersection of Routes 40 and 543, in Belcamp, Md.Upon completion in Mar. 2011,
4696 Millennium Dr. will be a five-story Class A office building with 125,000 square feet of space overlooking the Bush River. Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the facility will include many energy-saving features and will offer flexible floorplans.Manekin already has landed the first tenant:

Lou Christopher of Cushman & Wakefield, ManTech signed a 10-year lease to occupy 63,000 square feet of space with options to expand. “We provide support to multiple DOD organizations in Aberdeen, including the U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM), which is moving to Aberdeen,” said
