Balitmore, MD (September 13, 2012) – Manekin, LLC/CORFAC International has received the leasing assignment for Gold Mile Plaza, a 13,500-square-foot retail center in Frederick, Md.

Owned by LBCMT 2007-C# Patrick Street, LLC DE Limited, the property is located at 1046 West Patrick St., one of Frederick’s most heavily traveled roads, with an average daily traffic count of 48,743.

Current tenants include Starbucks, Sprint, FedEx Office and Subway. Leasing of a 4,000-square-foot end cap space will bring the center to 100 percent occupancy.

“Gold Mile Plaza is a highly visible center on one of Frederick’s busiest roads,” said Stacey Berman, RPA, FMA and Susan Homberg, brokerage vice presidents in Manekin’s Baltimore office who are leasing the property.
