Columbia, MD (January 29, 2013) – Manekin, LLC/CORFAC International was selected for leasing and property management of Tred Avon Square, a 145,000-square-foot retail center in Easton, Md.

Owned by Tred Avon, LLC, the property is located at the signalized intersection of Marlboro Road and the Easton Bypass (Rte. 322).

ACME Supermarket, Peebles and Easton’s only movie theater, Easton Premiere Cinemas, anchor the center, with additional retailers including: Delmarva Jewelers, Easton Eye Care, Bike Doctor, Great Clips, Hong Kong Kitchen, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Legal Aid Bureau, Lendmark, Mailboxes, Etc., Osteria Alfredo, Radio Shack, Rent-A-Center, Sherwin Williams, Subway, The Athlete and Tuesday Morning.

The center has a 99 percent occupancy rate. All that remains is a 1,600-square-foot space between Jo-Ann Fabrics and Osteria Alfredo.
