Manekin’s Christopher Smith Joins NAIOP Maryland Board

Columbia, MD (Jan. 30, 2013) - Christopher Smith, general counsel for Manekin, LLC/CORFAC International has been elected to a two-year term on the NAIOP Maryland Board of Directors.

The non-profit (www.naiopmd.org) has more than 370 members and comprises individuals working for real estate development companies, brokerage firms and affiliated companies such as financial institutions, architectural firms and engineers.
Smith joined Manekin in 1999 and focuses on the oversight of all legal and risk-management matters. He earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University and also completed the New York University’s Real Estate Institute Program.
