Paramus, NJ (February 11, 2015) –McBride Corporate Real Estate/CORFAC International Past President Robert Tillsley, SIOR, announced today that he and two of his McBride colleagues, John D’Amato and David Yao, have represented SITEX GROUP in the acquisition of a 56-acre, 510,000-square-foot campus that is comprised of one office building and one industrial building.

The property is located at 1 Sharp Plaza in Mahwah, NJ, and near Route 287, Route 17 and the New York State Thruway.
The seller, Sharp Electronics, had occupied the entire property at one time and has leased back approximately 182,000 square feet of facilities. Amazing Savings is a tenant at the property and occupies 208,000 square feet that it had previously leased directly from Sharp Electronics. McBride represented Sharp Electronics in the lease to Amazing Savings.

The McBride team has been retained to market 120,000 square feet of improved office and warehouse space that is available immediately for lease. In addition, the real estate firm is also marketing 23 acres of land for the new owner that can be sold, leased to a build-to-suit occupier or structured as a ground lease to another entity.
