Las Vegas, NV  – Scott Savacool, CCIM, SIOR and 2015 President of CORFAC International announced today that MDL Group has joined CORFAC International as its newest domestic affiliate and will cover Southern Nevada.

Hayim Mizrachi, CCIM and President|Principal of MDL Group/CORFAC International, is the principal point-of-contact to CORFAC International and manages MDL Group’s brokerage services practice. Mizrachi is past president (2014) of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) and was recently voted the 2015 CALV Member of the Year by the association.

MDL Group was co-founded in 1989 by Carol Cline-Ong, CCIM, RPA and Curt Anderson. In 2013, the firm expanded its brokerage services practice and made Mizrachi and Jarrad Katz, CCIM, SIOR, principals of MDL Group. Mizrachi and Katz had previously operated the NAI Global Las Vegas office.

MDL Group/CORFAC International is a full service operation that is home to 38 professionals, which includes 13 brokers. In 2014 the firm closed over $70 million in transactions that involved industrial, office and retail properties, plus land sales. It currently manages over 8 million square feet of commercial properties for third-party owners. Firm professionals have memberships with CCIM, SIOR, NAIOP, BOMA and IREM. 

Mizrachi attended CORFAC International’s Fall Summit in Minneapolis, MN, last month.
