CORFAC is pleased to announce a recently closed in-network member referral transaction involving Commercial Properties Inc./CORFAC International in Tempe, Arizona, and Voit Real Estate Services/CORFAC International in Irvine, California.

Andy Jaffe and Rex Griswold of Commercial Properties represented the owners of Mike's Legacy Apartments LLC, who are based in Queen Creek, Arizona, on the sale of the 9,900 square foot apartment building containing 10 units and 12 garage spots. The proprety is located at 310-312 West Vermont in Anaheim, California, near attractions such as Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. The property, which sold for $2.75 million, "generated a great deal of interest in the short time we had it available," said Andy Jaffe.
