L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of a 39,000 square foot industrial facility located at 15990 Sturgeon in Roseville, Michigan, to Metro Air Compressor. Metro Air is nearly doubling the size of its Roseville operations with the purchase of its new building. With hundreds of years of combined staff experience, Metro provides service for rotary screw air compressors, reciprocating air compressors, centrifugal compressors, vacuum pumps, refrigerated dryers, desiccant dryers, filtration, flow controllers, storage and distribution systems. Jason Capitani represented the seller in the transaction.
