Troy, MI (November 6, 2013) ‐ L. Mason Capitani, Inc./CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Michigan Commercial Door has secured a new home at a 15,877 square foot industrial facility located at 23010 Industrial Drive East in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan. The door company has signed a long term lease with a private investor who has purchased the property. Strategically located at I‐94, and only two miles from I‐696, the new building will allow them to serve their growing customer base.

Michigan Commercial Door provides commercial doors and dock equipment, industrial doors and dock equipment, institutional doors, automatic doors and residential garage door service, repair, sales, installation and estimates for the entire Detroit, Michigan Metropolitan area. Jason Capitani represented the purchaser in the transaction. Joe DePonio and Jason Capitani represented the seller.
