Midwest Roll Forming and Manufacturing, Inc. has renewed their 231,740 sq. ft. lease in the DBB LLC building at 2499 South 600 East in Columbia City, IN. The tenant was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM and the landlord, DBB, LLC, was represented by Steven K. Zacher SIOR, CCIM, John M. Adams CCIM and Brian Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
A 5.89 acre lot formerly owned by Lake City Bank at 8912 Liberty Mills Road in Fort Wayne, Indiana has been sold to Parkview Health System, Inc. The buyer was represented by Alfred J. Zacher SIOR and John M. Adams CCIM of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
Dowco Inc. has renewed their lease of 10,000 sq. ft. at the Crosby Complex, 2872 Freeman Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International represented both the landlord, Crosby Real Estate Investments, LP and the tenant, Dowco, Inc.
A 2,260 sq. ft. industrial suite at 2763 Freeman Street has been leased to David Miller. The Tenant was represented by Brent Overholt MAI of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International and the landlord, Crosby Real Estate Investments, LP was represented by The Zacher Company/CORFAC International broker, Fletcher Moppert.
New Haven Travel Plaza, a 10,000 sq. ft. convenience center and restaurant in New Haven, has been sold to Black Gold Ventures Indiana, LLC. The seller, NHTP, LLC was represented by Brian Bean of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International. The buyer was represented by Fletcher Moppert of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
The 1,800 sq. ft. office building at 621 E. Wayne Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana has been leased by Weform, LLC. The landlord, 621 E. Wayne St. LLC, and the tenant were both represented by Dan Reese of The Zacher Company/CORFAC International.
