Plano, TX (November 5, 2012) – Mobile Fixture & Equipment Co. Inc., an 85-year-old kitchen equipment supplier, has selected Plano Parkway/190 Business Center for its fourth distribution center in the Southeast.

"Negotiations went very quickly and very smoothly," says Michael T. Grant, senior vice president and managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International. He and Bradford's executive vice president Susan Singer have signed the Texas newcomer to 23,979 sf of office/warehouse space at 1701 E. Plano Parkway.

"IAC was very nimble and good to represent," Grant says, pointing out "that helped considerably." The new long-term lease has pushed occupancy to 93% in the 324,446-sf, three-building project in Plano, bought just four months ago by Illinois-based International Airport Centers LLC.

Mobile Fixture & Equipment is in the process of moving into end cap space. Greg Blandford of Position Property Group LLC represented the Mobile, Ala.-based company, which services the restaurant, educational, medical and hospitality sectors. Its other distribution centers are located in Destin, Fla., Nashville and its homeport.
