Houston, TX (December 1, 2008) – Two CORFAC International firms – Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International of Plantation, FL and Boyd Commercial LLC/CORFAC International of Houston, TX, today announced the completion of a 7,453 rentable-square-foot office lease on behalf of Paymetric, a Houston-based banking services company that is owned in part by Austin Ventures.
Paymetric leased space in Chasewood Plaza, locatedat19500 Texas State Highway 249 in Houston, TX.
Paymetric signed a three-year lease for space on the 3rd-floor of the building and will move to the premises in January 2009. The building is owned by Chasewood Crossing, LP.
