The following leases were recently signed in Tower I:

• Karell Enterprises leased 966/sf in suite 377
• Dear Care leased 1,035/sf in suite 405
• The Great Travel of Kendall leased 314/sf in suite 411
• LM Rehab Center, Inc. leased 1,026/sf in suite 730
• Jose Larraz, PA leased 701/sf in penthouse suite 8
• Edward Abramson leased 490/sf in suite 570
• Radix Distributors leased 799/sf in suite 407
• Jorge de la Mar leased 1,029/sf in suite 440

Morris Southeast Group represented the landlord Zerep Holdings.
