Morris said that his firm had researched the entire Coral Gables market for a suitable, alternate location yet in the end, the insurers’ existing address served their occupancy needs. The lease renewal is for 66 months. The owner of the property is South Florida Equities REIT, Inc.In Miami, Morris and Gerald B. Medinger, SIOR & Co-Principal of Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International in Cleveland, OH, represented law firm McDonald Hopkins, LLCin a new lease consisting of 3,961 square feet at Southeast Financial Center, which is located at 200 S. Biscayne Blvd. in Miami, FL. McDonald Hopkins new office will be on the 31^st floor of the building, which is owned by 200 South Biscayne TIC I & II, LLC.
