Thursday, June 23, 2011; Fort Lauderdale, FL - In separate transactions, Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International has leased four commercial properties in South Florida.Company President Ken Morris, SIOR and Koree Rivers of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International represented property owner FG Deerfield Partners, Ltd. in a lease expansionto Elizabeth R. Wellborn, P.A., a law firm specializing in the representation of mortgage lenders, servicers and private investors. The law firm leased 10,645 square feet at 350 Jim Moran Blvd. in Deerfield Beach, FL. Wellborn originally leased approximately 14,000 square feet in the same building late last year. Danielle Vennett of Grubb & Ellis represented Wellborn in both transactions. Terms of the recent transaction were not disclosed. In another transaction, Morris represented the landlord in a lease to residential real estate firm Blue Ocean Realty Group, which will occupy 1,338 square feet at 300 South Pine Island Road in Plantation, FL. The property is owned by 300 Pine Island Associates, LTD. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.In Aventura, FL, Morris represented Mayoral USA which leased 1,377 square feet (for 5 years) on the 4^th floor in the Aventura Corporate Center II located at 20803 Biscayne Blvd. Mayoral USA is the American subsidiary of Mayoral -- a Spanish-based manufacturer of children’s clothing. The landlord, ACC/GP Investment, LLC,was represented by John O’Neil at Taylor & Mathis of Florida. Mayoral is expected to occupy their new offices in October 2011.In the fourth transaction, Morris represented the landlord, 1776 Associates, LTD in its lease with Moffa & Bonaquisti for 1,893 square feet on the second floor of the Bank of America Plaza located at 1776 North Pine Island Road, Plantation, FL.
