Fort Lauderdale, FL (September 29, 2011) - In separate transactions, Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International has represented three professional service firms in recently completed lease transactions in South Florida, announced Ken Morris, SIOR, and principal of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International.A Confidential Financial Services Firm leased 3,549 square feet at 5355 Town Center Road, Boca Raton, FL for 60 months. The building is owned by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Morris represented the firm.Goldstein Law Group did a 42-month extension for a total of 8 ½ years with 10,509 square feet of space at 100 NE 3^rd Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The building is owned by BRI 1829 Plaza, LLC. Morris represented the law firm in lease negotiations. It is the fifth transaction he has completed on behalf of Goldstein Law Group.In another transaction involving a law firm, Morris represented Ellsley Sobol, P.L., a civil trial law firm, in the executed lease of 3,199 square feet at 1250 S. Pine Island Road, Plantation, FL. The 76-month term is in a building owned by Cornerstone Condominium Investors, LLC.

Earlier this week, the CORFAC affiliate in Jacksonville – King Industrial Realty/CORFAC International announced that it had leased 86,000 square feet of industrial space to Industrial Electric Manufacturing Inc. (IEM), a Fremont, CA-based company that makes and distributes electrical and power quality equipment.
