Weston, FL (May 20, 2013) – Ken Morris, SIOR and Principal of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International announced the promotions of Koreena Rivers to Vice President and Maria Lima to Controller of his commercial real estate services firm.

Rivers joined Morris Southeast Group in October 2004 as an associate responsible for the firm’s marketing and advertising. In 2005 she subsequently obtained a Florida real estate license and began working in brokerage services for property owners and tenants in the South Florida market for office and industrial space. She has since participated in brokerage transactions in excess of 400,000 square feet and valued at more than $45 million.

Lima’s 28-year career with Morris Southeast Group has included general administrative duties and managing the firm’s accounting systems. In addition, she is responsible for property management operations and financial reporting of assets under management.

In addition to their duties in brokerage services and financial management, Rivers and Lima are the nucleus of Morris Southeast Group’s Property Management Services.
