Weston, FL (July 17, 2013) – Ken Morris, SIOR and Principal of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International announced that he has represented consulting company Auxis LLC in a 6,421-square-foot office lease expansion at Crossroads Business Park in Plantation, FL.

Auxis will occupy a portion of the business park’s Building 2, located at 8151 Peters Road in the South Florida coastal city. The property is owned by Duke Crossroads BLDG 2&3 LLC, an entity of publicly traded Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE symbol: DRE). Christopher Gallagher of Duke’s South Florida Office handled the lease on behalf of the landlord.

Auxis LLC, a leading management and outsourcing firm that specializes in technology, has been one of the fastest growing companies in South Florida. The company is moving to its new location from a smaller office facility in Plantation.

Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
