MORRIS SOUTHEAST GROUP/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTS FORECLOSURE DEFENSE LAW FIRM OPPENHEIM & PILELSKY IN WESTON FL LEASE RENEWAL AND EXPANSION
Ft. Lauderdale, FL (January 30, 2012) – Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International Principal Ken Morris, SIOR, announced today that law firm Oppenheim & Pilelsky P.A. has expanded its occupancy in a lease renewal at Weston Corporate Center I, a building located at 2500 Weston Road in Weston FL.
Oppenheim & Pilelsky, one of South Florida’s leading foreclosure defense firms, expanded by 564 square feet to a total of 4,518 rentable square feet in the building and renewed its lease for five years. Financial terms were not released. The property is owned by SC Weston, Inc.
The lease is the 8th law firm transaction managed by Morris Southeast Group since June of last year, seven of which were tenant representation deals while one of them was a lease representing the landlord.
Morris represented the landlord in a lease with Elizabeth R. Wellborn, P.A. in Deerfield Beach.
“We’re at a place in the economic cycle in which law firms are busy contesting or unwinding business transactions made prior to the recession, and many of them are growing locally.
