Weston, FL (May 28, 2013) – Ken Morris, SIOR and Principal of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International announced that his firm has sold an entire floor of office condominiums in Plantation for a subsidiary of BBX Capital and the successor of BankAtlantic, a Ft. Lauderdale-based bank that was started in 1952 and sold under duress in 2012.

Morris and Vice President Koreena Rivers from his firm represented the seller and BBX Capital subsidiary Heartwood 93, LLC in the sale of 8,000 square feet of office condos at Nob Hill Professional Pavilion Office Condos. The property is located at 10167 W Sunrise Blvd. in Plantation.

The buyer, JMB Realty Holdings LLC, paid $1,050,000 for all 11 units on the third floor of a three-story building. Alan Philipson of Global Luxury Real-Estate, LLC in Miami Beach represented the buyer.

The office condominiums are adjacent to N. Nob Hill Road. Built in 2006, the Class A office condos feature high-impact glass, 24/7 access and high-end finishes throughout. The property is centrally located on Sunrise Blvd. and in close proximity to Sawgrass Expressway and Interstate 595.
