Alexandria, VA (October 20, 2014) - National School Boards Association (NSBA) has retained Washington, DC based Donohoe Real Estate Services/CORFAC International to market its building at 1680 Duke Street in Alexandria, VA.  The five-story, 47,000 square foot property was built in 1984 and has been home to NSBA since its completion.  Located two blocks from the King Street Metro station and featuring 9,800 square foot floors, 1680 Duke Street will be offered as either fully available or as a partial leaseback.
