Fort Wayne, IN (October 10, 2013) - The Zacher Company/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Joy Neuenschwander, Director of Finance, Property Manager, and Sales Associate has received a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, which is conferred by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The CPM designation is earned by meeting strict requirements in the areas of education, experience and pledging to adhere to a code of professional ethics.

Joy joined The Zacher Company in November 2008 and has experience in handling management assignments for industrial, office and retail properties of all sizes.
